What do you check before quoting?
We assess the garment construction, fabric condition, seam allowances, and fitting limits before confirming the scope.
Do you require a deposit?
For redesign projects, a deposit of 30 percent is required after concept approval. The remaining balance is settled at collection unless agreed otherwise.
How long does a redesign take?
Our usual turnaround is 10 to 20 business days after assessment, depending on the project scope and workshop capacity.
Can I bring my own materials?
Yes. We review customer supplied materials and can advise whether they suit the planned remodelling or upcycling work.
